9. On receipt of a similar application instructions are to be given to stop payment of a Money Order.
10. Repayment of the amount of an Order to the Remitter must not be made until it has been ascertained through the Chief Money Order Office of the Colony of payment that the amount has not been paid.
11. If an Order be not paid before the end of the twelfth Calendar Month after that in which it was issued all claim to the money will be forfeited, unless the Post Office of the Colony in which the Order was issued think proper to allow the claim. The amounts of all Money Orders not ultimately paid shall revert to and remain the property of the Colony in which they were issued.
12. The particulars of all Money Orders issued in Canada for payment in Hong Kong shall be entered by the Chief Office at ... in a List, (Pattern "C" in the Appendix), which, with the relative Advices
